餐飲裝修(xiu)的保修(xiu)期(qi)應當(dang)以施(shi)工合同(tong)上簽訂的期(qi)限為準(zhun)。
若(ruo)在保修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)期(qi)內出現質(zhi)量問題(ti),則(ze)由裝修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)公(gong)司負(fu)責檢查、維護、修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)繕。若(ruo)保修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)期(qi)滿。項目的質(zhi)量和安全(quan)則(ze)由業(ye)主負(fu)責。
